Objectives .
- Get companies to stop ghosting and respond to those who apply for a job, even if they do not go to the next phase.
- Get the population to understand the concept "Ghosting".
Target audience .
- All companies or possible companies that perform ghosting.
- Active, unemployed people who are looking for work, and send their CVs to companies.

- Companies do not have emotional responsibility.
- People who apply for a job are conformists.
- We have all suffered ghosting.

Media and supports . Internet, through social networks such as Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Campaign. It consists of different strategic phases, starting with the social media profiles and I create content for them in an informative way about the concept, and some tips. The second phase would be the creation of the algorithm together with LinkedIn. In this way, both companies and employees can be evaluated based on the ghosting they do through the Ghostimeter.
